Sizzling Tofu Fajitas Recipe

Ordering fajitas will draw attention once the hot pan arrives at your table. Savory flavors, sizzling sounds, and brilliant colors attract customers, making it a winning dinner. Fortunately, creating fajitas at home opens up many options.

1 (16-ounce) package super firm tofu 3 bell peppers (mix of colors), sliced ½ red onion, sliced 4 tablespoons avocado oil, divided 3 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoon lime juice 2 teaspoon maple syrup 12 small flour tortillas

Chili powder, cumin, garlic granules, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper should be mixed together in a small bowl.

Make thin strips of tofu measuring ¼ inch in width. Tofu, sliced bell pepper, and sliced onion should be placed in a big bowl, and then two teaspoons of oil, soy sauce, lime juice, and maple syrup should be added to the mixture.

In order to coat, stir. At a slow and steady pace, incorporate the spice mixture into the tofu and vegetable mixture, making sure to stir it thoroughly after each addition.

Marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour, stirring the mixture a few times while it is covered.

A skillet made of cast iron or another big frying pan should be heated over medium-high heat. Add the remaining oil to the skillet.

Cook the vegetables and tofu for twenty to twenty-five minutes, or until the vegetables have become tender and the tofu has developed a browned appearance.

After the tortillas have been warmed up, serve the fajitas with avocado, tomatoes, cheese, cilantro, sour cream, and/or salsa as additional toppings; these are optional.
