Employees were asked to rate their workplace happiness on a scale of 1 to 10.
HubSpot, a software company, was ranked as the company with the happiest employees.

The survey also found that smaller companies tend to have happier employees than larger ones.
The survey included responses from over 10 million employees across 60,000 US companies.
